BS BondSmart Block Jointing Mortar
BS BondSmart is a polymer-enhanced, pre-blended block jointing mortar designed specifically for laying AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) blocks, clay blocks, and standard concrete blocks with a thin-bed joint of 3–6mm. The thin-bed system minimises thermal bridging across the mortar joint, maximises the thermal insulation benefit of AAC blocks, and speeds up bricklaying by reducing mortar volume and drying time.
BondSmart's polymer modification ensures excellent workability, extended open time, and strong adhesion - allowing bricklayers to achieve consistent 3–6mm joints cleanly and efficiently across all block types without the mess and variability of site-batched sand-cement mortars.
