Refund Policy

10 Days No Questions Asked Returns Policy For Online Orders :

1) Return request is to be raised by email within 10 days of receipt of material from your registered email ID that is provided by you in your account on http://www.store.technotrade.in.

2) Item can be returned only if it is unused, undamaged in originally packed condition.

3) Item cannot be sent back to the manufacturer, It will be sent back only to our warehouse as per the invoicing address.

4)We will not accept return request after 10 days of receipt of products at your end.

5) The return transportation cost has to be borne by customer.

6) No restocking cost is levied.

7) Only regular priced items may be refunded,“On Sale Items” are not eligible for refund.

Refunds Process For Returns :

1) The returns request is to made by email on our email id query@technotradeassociates.com which shall include.

a. Mention Subject in Email “ReturnTA – Invoice No XXXXXX”.

b. Mail should contain return item information as per following format:

c. Photo of the Invoice receipt.

d. Photo of all the products you want to return to show that they are undamaged unused.

2) Once your return is received inspected at our warehouse.

a. We will send you a confirmation email to notify that we have received your returned items within 3 days of receipt of material at our warehouse.

b. We will also notify you of the final approval or rejection of your refund based on condition of items received by us.

c. If the item is found damaged / used / not in original packaging, we will not refund the amount.

d. We will notify about the exact amount of refunded to you as per the items received.

e. The refund amount shall be credited back to your Credit Card Company or to your bank account as provided to us within 10 days of issuing you the “Refund Acceptance” email.

f. NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE MADE.

g. Duties Taxes will deducted in some cases as applicable.

h. If you want the material back in case of non-refund status, the transport cost of the same shall be borne by the customer.

3. Returns Logistics cost in case of “Exchange” shall be shall be borne by us.

4. Pack your item securely, inserting any printout of any paperwork that was included when you requested your return on query@technotradeassociates.com.

5. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

7. If you are shipping an item over 1000 Rs, we advise you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

8. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
