What is your return policy?
Unused products in original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For damaged or incorrect items, notify us within 48 hours with photos. Opened or site-used chemical products cannot be returned for safety reasons.

Yes. Our construction chemical specialists can guide you on product selection, mixing ratios, surface preparation, and application for waterproofing, flooring, repairs, and concrete. Contact us via WhatsApp or call for remote or on-site support.
