BS ReleaseMaster UST Demoulding Oil
BS ReleaseMaster UST is a universal shutter treatment (demoulding oil) for concrete formwork. Applied to the formwork face before concrete is placed, it prevents adhesion of the concrete to the formwork surface - ensuring clean, defect-free concrete release, reduced formwork cleaning time, and extended shutter reuse life. UST is formulated to work on all common formwork materials including plywood, steel, GRP, and plastic shutters.
The release agent provides a consistent, thin film that prevents surface blemishes, bug holes, and surface concrete adhesion without contaminating the concrete surface or affecting subsequent surface treatments such as retarders, coatings, or tile adhesives.
