5-Day No-Questions-Asked Return Policy
At Technotrade Associates we want you to be confident in every order. If you change your mind or receive a wrong item, we will take it back — no questions asked, provided the conditions below are met.
How to request a return
- Email us at query@technotradeassociates.com within 5 calendar days of receipt of material.
- Subject line: ReturnsTA – Invoice No. [Your Invoice Number]
- Include: a list of items to be returned (product name, invoice number, quantity), a photo of the Tax Invoice, and clear photographs of all items showing original undamaged packaging.
- Our team will confirm receipt of your request within 2 working days.
Return window
Return requests must be raised within 5 calendar days of the date of delivery to your address. Requests received after 5 days will not be accepted.
Eligibility conditions
All of the following must be met for a return to be accepted:
- Item must be unused, undamaged and in its original sealed factory packaging with all seals, labels and shrink-wrap intact.
- Product must not have been opened, mixed, thinned, or applied — even partially.
- Items that are "Made-to-Order", "On Indent" or procured as a Special Order are not eligible for return.
- For transit-damaged or wrong-item shipments, additionally WhatsApp photographs to +91 92568 16832 within 48 hours of delivery.
Refund amount
Once returned goods are received and inspected at our warehouse and the return is approved, the refund credit will be calculated as follows:
- Invoice value of accepted returned items
- Less: Outward freight & cartage — if the original delivery freight was borne by Technotrade Associates (i.e., was not separately charged on your invoice), it will be deducted from your refund
- Less: Any applicable GST adjustments as per law
- No restocking fee is charged
- Return shipping cost from your location to our warehouse is to be borne by you
Refund process & timing
- We will acknowledge receipt of returned goods at our warehouse within 2 working days.
- Inspection will be completed within 3 working days of receipt at our warehouse.
- If approved, you will receive a "Refund Acceptance" confirmation email.
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method (credit card, bank account, UPI) within 10 working days of the Refund Acceptance email.
- No cash refunds are made. Refunds are processed only to the original payment instrument.
- GST paid on returned goods will be refunded as per applicable law.
If a return is not approved
If returned goods are found to be used, opened, damaged, or not in original packaging, the return will be rejected. Goods will be held at our warehouse for 15 days pending your instructions. Re-dispatch freight to return rejected goods to you will be charged separately.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, email query@technotradeassociates.com with subject: ExchangeTA – Invoice No. [XXXXXX]. Outward freight for the exchanged replacement goods shall be borne by Technotrade Associates; return freight of original goods to our warehouse is to be borne by you.

Any dispute arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
