10-Day No-Questions-Asked Return Policy

At Technotrade Associates we want you to be confident in every order. If you change your mind or receive a wrong item, we will take it back — no awkward questions.

How to request a return

  1. Sign in to your account at account.technotrade.in
  2. Open the order from Orders
  3. Click Request return, select the items and a reason, then submit
  4. Our team approves the request and coordinates pickup or drop-off

Time window

Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, undamaged and in original sealed packaging
  • Sale-priced items, opened chemicals, custom-mixed batches and bulk project orders are not eligible
  • For damaged-in-transit or wrong-item shipments, please also WhatsApp photos to +91 92568 16832 within 48 hours so we can prioritise

Return shipping

Return freight is borne by the customer. We do not provide a free return label.

Restocking fee

None. There is no restocking charge.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund is processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method.
