Shipping policy

Dispatch lead time (after payment confirmation): Buildsmart products are usually dispatched within 48 hours. All other brands are usually dispatched in 3 working days. Tracking details are shared via email or WhatsApp once the consignment leaves our warehouse. For bulk or project orders please contact us at crm@technotradeassociates.com for indicative lead times.

Shipping mode: We use ground shipping only across India. Our preferred transport partners are:

1) Safe Express
2) Bagga Transport (Jaipur to Delhi)
3) D.R.T.C
4) Jaipur Golden

Railway delivery: We may send material via Railways if required. For Railway delivery, the customer has to pick the material from the Railway Station Cargo Delivery Section.

Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight, packing class and delivery PIN code.
