Vandex BB75 is a cement-based, crystalline waterproofing compound designed to permanently protect concrete and masonry structures against water ingress.

Works by penetrating concrete pores and reacting with free lime to form insoluble crystals, sealing capillaries and micro-cracks.

Can be applied on fresh concrete or existing structures, on both positive and negative sides.

Suitable for basements, tunnels, water tanks, and other below-grade structures.

Provides durable, long-term waterproofing without reducing concrete strength or workability.

Base: Cementitious, crystalline-forming powders

Appearance: Grey powder

Packaging: 25 kg bags

Coverage: ~2–3 kg/m² per coat (two coats recommended)

Mixing ratio: 4–5 L water per 25 kg bag

Application method: Brush, trowel, or spray

Setting time: Initial set ~2–3 hours; final set ~4–5 hours (at 20°C)

Curing: Keep surface moist for 24–48 hours after application

Shelf life: 12 months in unopened bags, stored in dry conditions
