TREMproof 201/60 Coal-Tar Free Polyurethane Waterproofing Membrane (18.9 L) - Tremco

TREMproof 201/60 from Tremco CPG is a high-solids, VOC-compliant, single-component, moisture-cure modified polyurethane elastomeric waterproofing membrane. It is coal-tar free, fluid-applied and seamless - delivering a monolithic membrane that bonds tightly to concrete and masonry.

Available in three viscosities - Self-Levelling (SL), Roller (R) and Trowel (T, for detailing only) - TREMproof 201/60 is the economical choice for projects where construction schedules are not compressed and where the substrate can be properly cured (28 days, < 5% moisture). For damp or freshly de-shuttered concrete, use TREMproof 250GC instead.

Packaging & Shelf Life

Available in 18.9 L pails. Colour: Black. Shelf life is 12 months when stored properly in unopened packaging, protected from moisture, between 5 °C and 37 °C. Do not double-stack pallets.

How to Use (Brief)

1. Concrete must reach 20 MPa minimum compressive strength and have moisture content < 5%. Substrate must be sound, free of dust, oil, release agents and contaminants.
2. Plug active leaks with TREMproof Inject polyurethane resins. Repair surface imperfections with appropriate mortar. Do not apply to damp or green concrete - use TREMproof 250GC for those conditions.
3. Cove all horizontal/vertical interfaces with polymer-modified mortar or Dymonic 100. Detail all covings, edges and penetrations with TREMproof 201/60 + Dymonic 100.
4. Treat shrinkage cracks with a 0.75 mm coat, 15 cm wide. Rout and caulk moving cracks > 1.6 mm with Dymonic 100, then a 1.5 mm detail coat extending 7.5 cm either side.
5. Mix material in the bucket. Apply by roller, squeegee or trowel at 0.66 m²/L for 1.5 mm thickness.
6. An approved protection course or drainage mat may be placed once the membrane has set to a firm rubber.
7. For vegetated roofs add 100 ml Anti-Root Additive per 18.9 L pail and mix thoroughly before application.
