Ultrasil Li+ Lithium Silicate Concrete Densifier & Sealer

Ultrasil Li+ by Tremco CPG / Euclid Chemical is a premium water-based lithium silicate liquid densifier, sealer and dustproofer for concrete floors. It penetrates the concrete surface and chemically reacts with free lime to form extremely hard, dense calcium silicate hydrate (CSH) inside the pore structure - the result is a denser, harder, more durable, easier-to-clean floor that resists water and mild chemical attack.

Because the protection is formed internally within the concrete, Ultrasil Li+ is a permanent treatment that never peels, flakes or wears away - and is unaffected by moisture or routine cleaning chemicals.

How to Use (Brief)

Use directly from the container - no dilution. Cure new concrete at least 7 days, remove any curing compound, then air-dry 24 hours. Apply a single coat with a low-pressure sprayer to a uniformly wet surface (no puddles), spread with a soft broom or microfibre pad, and keep wet for 5–10 minutes. Do not allow excess product to puddle and dry - it leaves a white residue that must be scrubbed off immediately.
