Tremco Surflex Non-Metallic Dry Shake Floor Hardener (25 kg)
Surflex by Tremco CPG is an economical, non-metallic dry shake floor hardener - a factory-blended mix of finely graded quartz-silica aggregates, plasticizer and cement binder. Trowelled directly onto fresh concrete, it produces a dense, abrasion-resistant wear surface with excellent durability for both interior and exterior floors.
Because Surflex contains no iron aggregates, it will not rust or stain when the floor is exposed to water, making it ideal for wash-down areas, dairies, food plants and outdoor service zones where iron-based hardeners cannot be used.

Packaging & Shelf Life
25 kg moisture-protected HDPE bags with polyethylene liner. 12 months shelf life in original, unopened packaging. Store in a dry place.
Curing & Sealing
For maximum durability, cure with a dissipating curing compound (KUREZ DR VOX or KUREZ RC) and then seal with Euco Diamond Hard or Ultrasil Li+ - both available from Technotrade Associates.
