Eucolastic 1NS from Tremco CPG is a single-component, non-sag, low-modulus, moisture-cure polyurethane hybrid joint sealant. Formulated with a unique silane-terminated polyurethane (STPU) polymer, it delivers performance that exceeds stand-alone polyurethane sealants - offering exceptional durability and persistent adhesion in dynamic, moving joints.

Eucolastic 1NS skins rapidly, is paintable, and remains adhesively and cohesively bonded through temperature cyclic movement, making it a reliable choice for both interior and exterior weather-sealing applications.

Packaging, Colours & Shelf Life

Available in 600 ml sausage. One sausage covers approximately 7.3 m in a 6 × 6 mm joint. Standard colours: Black, Bronze, Gray, Limestone, Stone, White. Shelf life is 12 months from manufacture in original, unpunctured packaging.

How to Use (Brief)

1. New concrete must be a minimum of 28 days old. Joint must be clean, sound and dry - wet joints cause bubbling.
2. Joint width should be 4× expected movement, never less than 6 mm. Use backer rod or bond breaker tape to set depth and prevent three-sided adhesion.
3. Use Eucolastic Primer on non-porous substrates (metal, granite) or where the sealant will be underwater.
4. Dispense directly from sausage with a standard caulking gun. No pre-mixing required.
5. Tool with a rounded spatula to a concave finish for proper movement and adhesion.
6. Cure is by atmospheric moisture - no special curing needed. Clean tools with Euco Solvent or xylene before set.
