CHOKSEY TECHOTHANE- PU
Choksey TECHOTHANE PU is a single-component, moisture-curing polyurethane waterproofing coating for terraces, roofs, podium slabs, and wet areas. Applied by brush or roller, it cures to a seamless, elastomeric membrane that bridges cracks, resists UV degradation, and provides durable waterproofing protection under both exposed and protected conditions.
TECHOTHANE PU combines the durability of polyurethane chemistry with the simplicity of a single-component, ambient-cure system - eliminating the mixing errors and pot-life pressures associated with 2K systems. Suitable for new construction and remedial waterproofing on concrete and screed substrates.
