Tamms Form and Pour Flowable Micro-Concrete Repair Mortar (25 kg) - Tremco

Tamms Form and Pour from Tremco CPG is a flowable, single-component, polymer-modified, shrinkage-compensated cementitious repair micro-concrete with an integral corrosion inhibitor. It is engineered for structural concrete repair from 20 mm to 75 mm neat, and can be extended with 10 mm SSD pea gravel for repair depths up to 150 mm (full-depth repairs).

Its high flowability and pumpability make it the right choice for formed vertical and overhead repairs, columns, structural sections and any restoration work where a self-consolidating, high-bond repair material is required.

Packaging & Shelf Life

Supplied in 25 kg HDPE bags. Shelf life is 6 months in unopened original packaging stored cool and dry.

How to Use (Brief)

1. Concrete substrate must be sound, free of loose or deteriorated material, dust, paint, efflorescence, oil and contaminants. Mechanically abrade to a CSP 7–9 surface profile (ICRI 310.2).
2. Clean and prime exposed reinforcement with DURALPREP A.C. Prime concrete with DURALPREP A.C. (spray or brush), or use a scrub coat of Tamms Form & Pour on a Saturated Surface Dry (SSD) substrate (horizontal only). Place repair before scrub coat dries.
3. Mix 25 kg with 4 L of water using a jiffy mixer (single bag) or paddle mortar mixer for larger batches. Mix 2–3 minutes to a smooth, flowable consistency. Do not add extra water.
4. For depths above 75 mm up to 150 mm, extend the bag with 15 kg of 10 mm SSD pea gravel.
5. Pour into the prepared area; screed and trowel level with the surrounding concrete. Place and finish within 30 minutes. Do not over-trowel or feather-edge.
6. Cure per ACI guidelines. Wet curing recommended on hot, windy or sun-exposed days. Repair area must be frost-free.
7. Clean tools with water immediately after use; cured material is difficult to remove.
