Sikalastic 1K | Single-Component Brush-Applied Cementitious Waterproofing Membrane

Sikalastic 1K is a single-component, fibre-reinforced, crack-bridging cementitious waterproofing membrane. Unlike two-part systems, you simply add water, mix and apply by brush or trowel. Ideal for contractors doing smaller areas, renovation work, and anywhere ease of application matters.

How to Apply

1. Prepare surface — clean, damp but surface-dry (SSD condition), free of dust and loose material
2. Add powder to water as per ratio on the pack, mix to a smooth, lump-free slurry
3. Apply first coat by brush ensuring full coverage with no pinholes or missed areas
4. Allow to dry, then apply second coat in the opposite direction to the first
5. For water tanks and pools, apply a minimum of 3 coats
6. Protect completed area from rain and direct sun for minimum 24 hours after final coat
