MC-Special Plus
MC-Special Plus is a high-performance crystalline waterproofing and sealing mortar for concrete and masonry structures. When applied as a slurry or semi-dry render, its active crystalline compounds penetrate the substrate and react with moisture and free lime to form insoluble crystals that permanently block the capillary pore structure - providing deep, self-healing waterproofing protection.
Unlike surface coatings, MC-Special Plus provides integral protection that becomes more effective over time and can even self-heal minor new cracks that develop after application, making it the preferred system for long-service-life structures such as water treatment plants, tunnels, basements, and maritime infrastructure.
