CHOKSEY FLEXOLIN 300
Choksey FLEXOLIN 300 is a one-component, elastomeric, polyurethane-modified bituminous waterproofing coating for waterproofing and protecting concrete roofs, terraces, and below-grade structures. The PU modification improves elongation, UV resistance, and long-term flexibility compared to standard bituminous coatings - providing a more robust, durable membrane suitable for India's demanding climate conditions including intense UV, monsoon rainfall, and thermal cycling.
FLEXOLIN 300 is applied in multiple brush or roller coats, building up a thick, seamless, flexible membrane that seals hairline cracks and bonds intimately to the concrete substrate without the need for adhesive.
