CHOKSEY FLEXOGUM
CHOKSEY FLEXOGUM is a single-component, elastomeric bitumen-based waterproofing compound for roofs, terraces, basements, and water tanks. Applied in multiple brush coats, it forms a thick, flexible waterproofing layer that seals hairline cracks, porous concrete, and masonry joints - providing cost-effective, durable protection against water penetration in both new construction and remedial waterproofing projects.
FLEXOGUM is reinforced with fibres to improve its crack-bridging capacity and resistance to thermal cracking. Its smooth application and good UV resistance make it suitable for both concealed and exposed roof applications.
