Emcekrete
Emcekrete is a cementitious, polymer-modified structural repair mortar designed to reinstate concrete sections damaged by carbonation, chloride-induced corrosion, mechanical impact, or fire. It provides a high-strength, low-shrinkage repair that bonds intimately with the existing concrete substrate - restoring structural section, cover depth, and long-term durability.
Emcekrete is classified as a structural (R4 class) repair mortar and meets the requirements of EN 1504-3 for structural concrete repair. It is suitable for overhead, vertical, and horizontal applications and can be applied by trowel, wet spray, or hand-pack method.
