Hybrid Polyurethane Waterproofing Liquid Membrane (UV Stable)
BS MoistureZero FPU is a high-performance single-component hybrid polyurethane waterproofing membrane designed to create a seamless, elastic and durable waterproof barrier for concrete, masonry, metal and cementitious surfaces.
This water-based polyurethane coating combines the flexibility of polyurethane with the durability of polymer technology to produce a long-lasting waterproof and weatherproof membrane.
Once applied, BS MoistureZero FPU forms a continuous joint-free elastic coating capable of bridging cracks and resisting water penetration, making it ideal for terraces, balconies, podiums, metal roofs and exposed concrete surfaces.
The coating is UV stable, eco-friendly and suitable for interior as well as exterior waterproofing applications.

Because of its flexibility and UV resistance, the product is ideal for exposed terrace waterproofing systems.
Application Instructions
1. Surface Preparation
Ensure surface is:
• Clean
• Dry
• Free from dust, grease or loose particles
Repair cracks, joints or damaged areas before application.
2. Primer Application
Use BS SmartPrimer WB EP Primer for best adhesion.
Alternatively for concrete surfaces:
Dilute BS MoistureZero FPU with water in 1:1 ratio and apply as primer.
Allow primer to dry for 4–5 hours.
3. Waterproofing Coating
Apply using:
• Brush
• Roller
• Rubber squeegee
• Airless spray machine
First Coat
Dilute up to 10% with clean water.
Second Coat
Dilution up to 5% water.
Allow 5–8 hours drying between coats.
Apply 2–3 coats to achieve required membrane thickness.
Recommended Membrane Thickness
Target Dry Film Thickness (DFT):
900 microns – 1.5 mm
This thickness provides effective waterproofing performance.

• Wear gloves and protective goggles during application
• Avoid inhalation of mist or vapors
• In case of skin or eye contact, rinse thoroughly with water
• If swallowed, seek immediate medical attention
