BS Flexigum is a high-quality waterproofing paste made from bitumen, additives, and special rubber particles. It forms a strong, flexible membrane with excellent adhesion and weather resistance.
It performs well in extreme conditions - resisting temperatures above 135°C and staying flexible down to -20°C, even under continuous water exposure.
Uses:
- Waterproofing terraces, balconies, foundations, and wet areas
- Protection of metal structures and GI sheet roofs
- Sealing joints between metal, concrete, and glass
- Bonding and waterproofing insulation panels
- Repairing old APP and SBS membranes
