SikaTop®-551 Seal Part A, Waterproofing Coating
SikaTop®-551 Seal Part A (formerly MasterSeal® 551 Part A) is the base component of the SikaTop®-551 Seal two-component, flexible, cementitious waterproofing slurry. It must be combined with Part B before application.
SikaTop®-551 Seal is a flexible, acrylic-modified cementitious coating that provides a proven waterproofing barrier on concrete and masonry, widely used across India for basement, terrace and water tank waterproofing.

- Pot life: ~1 hour at 25°C
- Coverage: ~1.5–2.0 kg/m² per coat (2 coats required)
