BS Futura PCX 107 Superplasticizer

BS Futura PCX 107 is a two-component, hydrophilic polyurethane injection resin for controlling and sealing active water ingress in concrete structures. On contact with water, PCX 107 reacts rapidly to form a stable, flexible, closed-cell foam that expands to fill cracks, joints, and voids — stopping flowing water even under pressure. It is the product of choice for emergency and permanent leak stopping in basement walls, tunnels, underground car parks, and water retaining structures.

The two-component system allows the reaction rate and expansion characteristics to be controlled by adjusting the mixing ratio — enabling the operator to tailor the performance to the specific conditions of each leak.
