BS 17 3P Concrete Admixture

BS 17 3P is a three-part, polymer-modified, cementitious waterproofing slurry system offering superior flexibility and crack-bridging compared to two-component cementitious slurries. The three components (cement powder, polymer dispersion, and fibres/aggregate) are combined in the specified proportions to produce a high-performance, brush-applied waterproofing membrane for water tanks, swimming pools, basements, retaining walls, and below-grade structures.

The polymer and fibre modification gives BS 17 3P excellent resistance to positive and negative hydrostatic pressure, thermal cracking, and dynamic loads — making it suitable for structures with greater movement or vibration that would crack a standard two-component slurry system.
