Description:
- WPM 300 is a two component, high build, water based epoxy polyamide membrane/barrier coating with excellent resistant to hydrostatic pressure and good bond to damp surfaces.
- It is suitable for areas such as potable water tanks where a tough, hard wearing protective surface resistant to corrosion, chemical attack and bacterial growth is necessary.
- WPM 300 is approved for use with potable (drinking) water, independent testing confirms conformity with the requirements of CFTRI, BS6920:2000 and AS/NZS 4020:1999
Recommended uses:
- Low water vapour transmission coating in the building and construction industries and as a barrier/seal coating over freshly laid or damp concrete.
- As damp-proof membrane on the negative side to prevent water seepage or dampness penetration through to the interior of walls and floors.
- As a barrier coating over freshly laid hardened (green) concrete, prior to the application of conventional levelling compounds, carpet and tile adhesives.
- As a waterproofing membrane in tanking applications, including potable water containment.
As a sealer for fresh screeds and renders (less than 7 days) prior to tiling applications.
