Remove all bitumen, oil, grease, paint and laitance. Stop active leaks first with VANDEX PLUG.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003ePre-saturate the substrate so it is damp but not wet. Remove standing water on horizontal surfaces.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eMix 5 parts Vandex Super to ~2 parts water by volume in a clean container with a mechanical mixer for at least 3 minutes to a thick-paint consistency. Do not re-temper with water  -  only re-stir.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eApply by brush (cross-wise: vertical bottom-up, then horizontal), by spray with a fine-mortar spraying device (4 mm nozzle), or by dry sprinkle \u0026amp; power trowel onto fresh concrete at initial set.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eApply the second coat while the first is still surface-damp.
